1. Applicability
These terms apply to any use of FactuurMakenOnline.nl ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
FactuurMakenOnline.nl provides online invoicing software for freelancers and SME entrepreneurs, including a free plan and paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro). We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- The free plan is free of charge and remains free, with a limit of 3 invoices per month.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect immediately, without a refund for the current period.
- Payments are processed via Mollie. We do not store payment card details.
4. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (invoices, VAT rates, customer data) and for complying with your own tax and administrative obligations. FactuurMakenOnline.nl is a tool, not a substitute for bookkeeping or tax advice.
5. Accountant marketplace
Profiles of accountants in our directory are partly sourced from public records and can be claimed by the accountant concerned. FactuurMakenOnline.nl is not a party to the agreement between you and an accountant you find via the directory, and is not responsible for the quality of their services.
6. Liability
FactuurMakenOnline.nl is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from incorrectly entered data. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you by e-mail of any substantial changes.
